    Held up under real load

Rolled this out across two pods— the API is the real selling point; everything in the UI is also reachable programmatically. the role presets cover 80% of cases out of the box. I would pay double before switching.

    Pros
Solid mobile app; Powerful search; Bulk operations that work
    Cons
Some legacy menus remain; Audit log retention varies by plan

    Doesn't get in the way

Migrated our team last quarter and the API is the real selling point; everything in the UI is also reachable programmatically. the pricing page is honest; what you see is what you pay. It just works, which is the highest compliment.

    Pros
Friendly empty states; Helpful, human support; Bulk operations that work
    Cons
Limited offline mode; Slack notifications are noisy by default

Sharp tool, sharp team behind it

Honestly, the import wizard handled a messy CSV better than I expected. the role presets cover 80% of cases out of the box. Solid 8/10 with a clear path to a 9.

    Pros
Strong import/export; Granular permissions; Great keyboard shortcuts
    Cons
Sandbox is a separate SKU; Bulk delete is hidden

    Ships fast without breaking things

Picked this over three competitors and the dashboard widgets are configurable without needing a BI tool bolted on. the role presets cover 80% of cases out of the box. We standardized on it across the org last month.

    Pros
Genuinely useful templates; First-class SSO/SCIM; Excellent API and webhooks
    Cons
Some integrations are second-party; No native dark scheduling
