A workflow tool that understands workflows

Adopted org-wide after a 30-day proof of concept. support replies in business hours with humans who've used the product. SSO and SCIM were painless—no surprise charges or 'enterprise call us' walls. Would buy again tomorrow.

    Pros
Granular permissions; Sane defaults; Great keyboard shortcuts
    Cons
Search filters reset on refresh; GraphQL coverage trails REST

    Doesn't get in the way

Migrated our team last quarter and the dashboard widgets are configurable without needing a BI tool bolted on. the templates library got us productive on day one. Anchored our toolchain for the foreseeable future.

    Pros
Fast, opinionated UX; Great keyboard shortcuts; Bulk operations that work
    Cons
Roadmap visibility is light; GraphQL coverage trails REST

Surprisingly deep once you dig in

Trialed it during a crunch sprint and the onboarding is genuinely well-paced—docs are short, opinionated, and skip the fluff. the pricing page is honest; what you see is what you pay. Net positive for velocity and morale.

    Pros
Reliable uptime; Good docs; Quiet, stable releases
    Cons
Webhook retries cap at 24h; Pricing jumps at the enterprise tier

Sharp tool, sharp team behind it

After six months in, support replies in business hours with humans who've used the product. the import wizard handled a messy CSV better than I expected. Already evangelizing internally.

    Pros
Fast, opinionated UX; Clean audit log; Solid mobile app
    Cons
Pricing jumps at the enterprise tier; No native Looker connector yet
