    Migrated and never looked back

Used daily for the past year: the role presets cover 80% of cases out of the box. the changelog ships weekly and they actually note breaking changes loudly. Removed three other line items from our SaaS budget.

    Pros
Genuinely useful templates; Clean audit log; Granular permissions
    Cons
Some legacy menus remain; Mobile is good, not great

Sharp tool, sharp team behind it

Used it on two clients back-to-back: SSO and SCIM were painless—no surprise charges or 'enterprise call us' walls. the bulk-edit flows are the fastest I've used in any tool of this shape. Would buy again tomorrow.

    Pros
Helpful, human support; Reliable uptime; Composable building blocks
    Cons
No native dark scheduling; Slack notifications are noisy by default

Finally, a tool that respects our time

Heard the hype, tried it, the mobile experience holds up surprisingly well for serious editing, not just glancing. the activity feed is signal-heavy and easy to filter, not the usual noise. Will revisit if pricing changes drastically.

    Pros
Bulk operations that work; First-class SSO/SCIM; Reliable uptime
    Cons
Mobile is good, not great; Slack notifications are noisy by default
