Cut our context switching in half

Brought it in for a single workflow, ended up using it for everything. support replies in business hours with humans who've used the product. the templates library got us productive on day one. Net positive for velocity and morale.

    Pros
Helpful, human support; Sane defaults; Composable building blocks
    Cons
GraphQL coverage trails REST; Roadmap visibility is light

    Best-in-class for our use case

Switched from a legacy tool and the mobile experience holds up surprisingly well for serious editing, not just glancing. the import wizard handled a messy CSV better than I expected. Worth the per-seat price for our team size.

    Pros
Genuinely useful templates; Honest pricing; Solid mobile app
    Cons
Audit log retention varies by plan; Slack notifications are noisy by default

    Procurement-approved, team-loved

Bought it on a Friday, shipped with it Monday. the empty states are useful, with sample data you can play with. support replies in business hours with humans who've used the product. Removed three other line items from our SaaS budget.

    Pros
Sane defaults; Powerful search; First-class SSO/SCIM
    Cons
Bulk delete is hidden; Onboarding videos feel dated

    Genuinely worth the budget line

Used daily for the past year: the role presets cover 80% of cases out of the box. the pricing page is honest; what you see is what you pay. Would buy again tomorrow.

    Pros
Healthy roadmap cadence; Great keyboard shortcuts; Honest pricing
    Cons
Reporting could go deeper; Some legacy menus remain
