    Ships fast without breaking things

Picked this over three competitors and the templates library got us productive on day one. the API is the real selling point; everything in the UI is also reachable programmatically. Solid 8/10 with a clear path to a 9.

    Pros
Excellent API and webhooks; Granular permissions; Fast, opinionated UX
    Cons
Multi-region storage costs extra; Reporting could go deeper

    Quietly excellent

Rolled this out across two pods— the dashboard widgets are configurable without needing a BI tool bolted on. the pricing page is honest; what you see is what you pay. Becoming the default recommendation in our slack.

    Pros
Helpful, human support; Composable building blocks; Good docs
    Cons
Some legacy menus remain; Mobile is good, not great

    Ships fast without breaking things

Heard the hype, tried it, the mobile experience holds up surprisingly well for serious editing, not just glancing. integrations are first-party where it counts and webhook-friendly elsewhere. Sticking with it through next fiscal year.

    Pros
Granular permissions; Bulk operations that work; Reliable uptime
    Cons
Workspace migration is manual; No native Looker connector yet

    Genuinely worth the budget line

After six months in, SSO and SCIM were painless—no surprise charges or 'enterprise call us' walls. exports respect your filters and column order, which sounds small until you've worked without it. Recommended to two peer teams already.

    Pros
Helpful, human support; Granular permissions; Powerful search
    Cons
Custom fields cap on lower plans; No native dark scheduling
