Picked this over three competitors and the pricing page is honest; what you see is what you pay. the dashboard widgets are configurable without needing a BI tool bolted on. I would pay double before switching.

Brought it in for a single workflow, ended up using it for everything. the audit trail makes compliance reviews almost boring, in the best way. the bulk-edit flows are the fastest I've used in any tool of this shape. Would buy again tomorrow.

Heard the hype, tried it, exports respect your filters and column order, which sounds small until you've worked without it. the import wizard handled a messy CSV better than I expected. Net positive for velocity and morale.
