    The defaults are right

    Rolled this out across two pods— the audit trail makes compliance reviews almost boring, in the best way. integrations are first-party where it counts and webhook-friendly elsewhere. Worth the per-seat price for our team size.

    Fastest onboarding we've done

    Used daily for the past year: the templates library got us productive on day one. exports respect your filters and column order, which sounds small until you've worked without it. Sticking with it through next fiscal year.

    Does one thing, does it brilliantly

    Started with the free tier, upgraded after a week. the import wizard handled a messy CSV better than I expected. permissions are granular without being a maze, which is rare in this category. Recommended to two peer teams already.
