We piloted three options; the changelog ships weekly and they actually note breaking changes loudly. integrations are first-party where it counts and webhook-friendly elsewhere. Net positive for velocity and morale.

Honestly, the bulk-edit flows are the fastest I've used in any tool of this shape. the activity feed is signal-heavy and easy to filter, not the usual noise. Removed three other line items from our SaaS budget.

Trialed it during a crunch sprint and the import wizard handled a messy CSV better than I expected. exports respect your filters and column order, which sounds small until you've worked without it. We standardized on it across the org last month.
