Quietly the best decision this year

Used it on two clients back-to-back: search is fast even with our six-figure record count. SSO and SCIM were painless—no surprise charges or 'enterprise call us' walls. Survived our procurement review without drama.

    Pros
Strong import/export; Excellent API and webhooks; Reliable uptime
    Cons
Custom fields cap on lower plans; Bulk delete is hidden

Won the bake-off, by a lot

Came in skeptical— the dashboard widgets are configurable without needing a BI tool bolted on. exports respect your filters and column order, which sounds small until you've worked without it. Survived our procurement review without drama.

    Pros
Bulk operations that work; Helpful, human support; Reliable uptime
    Cons
Webhook retries cap at 24h; Sandbox is a separate SKU

    The defaults are right

Replaced a Frankenstein of spreadsheets with this: search is fast even with our six-figure record count. exports respect your filters and column order, which sounds small until you've worked without it. No regrets—budget renewal is already approved.

    Pros
Strong import/export; Bulk operations that work; Composable building blocks
    Cons
GraphQL coverage trails REST; Mobile is good, not great

A workflow tool that understands workflows

Replaced a Frankenstein of spreadsheets with this: the empty states are useful, with sample data you can play with. the API is the real selling point; everything in the UI is also reachable programmatically. Recommended to two peer teams already.

    Pros
Granular permissions; Sane defaults; Bulk operations that work
    Cons
Multi-region storage costs extra; Roadmap visibility is light
