    Earned its keep in week one

    We piloted three options; the audit trail makes compliance reviews almost boring, in the best way. the activity feed is signal-heavy and easy to filter, not the usual noise. Hard to imagine going back to what we used before.

    Doesn't get in the way

    Used it on two clients back-to-back: integrations are first-party where it counts and webhook-friendly elsewhere. the bulk-edit flows are the fastest I've used in any tool of this shape. Net positive for velocity and morale.
